Barbara and Michael have one thing in common: they want their Tirolerhof to be a place where guests can experience a natural holiday, one that is down-to-earth yet lacks nothing. It is a personal matter in every sense, as the focus is firmly on people. With the support of their parents, brother and sister are now the fourth generation of the family to run the hotel, opening the page of a new chapter: they are enthusiastically breathing new life and change into the origins of the hotel. Its history, dating back over 100 years, continues and flows – like everything else at the Tirolerhof.
Barbara
Hostess and sommelière Barbara makes sure that only the finest wines from South Tyrol are kept in the wine cellar of the Tirolerhof. She brings good cheer not just with her knowledge of wine, but especially with her warmth and her natural dealings with guests.
Michael
Host and chef Michael likes to think outside the metaphorical box: along with his father, he has expanded the culinary arts at the Tirolerhof, treating guests to his individually interpreted traditional dishes, all made from the finest ingredients.
As friend and companion ...
... the stream has played a formative role for Barbara and Michael – they grew up with it, played in the stream bed as children and today honour it as a true friend and companion.
